The ground rules for using SecondPing and sending automated proposal follow-ups.
By accessing or using SecondPing, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to use SecondPing responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
You own your content. You grant SecondPing a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content only to provide the service. We do not sell your content.
SecondPing sends follow-ups from a SecondPing address on your behalf. You are responsible for the message content, recipient permissions, and compliance with anti-spam and privacy laws.
Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service integrates with third-party providers such as Google (sign-in), AWS (email delivery), and Stripe (billing). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms or pose a security risk.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecondPing disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
