• Billing details handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card data).

• Automate proposal follow-ups you configure.
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and secure accounts.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers, to comply with legal obligations, or as part of a business transfer.

4. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we request only basic profile information (openid, email, profile). We do not request Gmail scopes and do not access your Gmail inbox.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep the service running and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can review your choices in Consent Preferences.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account data is deleted promptly when you delete your SecondPing account.

7. Your choices and rights

You can update account information, manage notifications, and opt out of marketing messages at any time. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings > Delete account. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No system can be guaranteed 100 percent secure.
